Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will oversee and implement plans and policies that promote quality and excellence throughout assigned facilities. This is a food facility environment. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all asset support equipment for manufacturing and facilities used by the organization.

Automations Control Specialist

The Automation Controls Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of processes and system enhancements within the manufacturing and operations area. The focus will be on integrating practical process solutions that enhance manufacturing and operations proficiency. Specifically responsible for: installation, programming, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance of automation equipment for the plant and facilities. Oversees the performance of a wide range of equipment automation. Performs and/or coordinates comprehensive expert technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment automation. Interfaces with vendors and may be placed on-call to work extended hours as required by management or facility needs.

Plant Controller

The Plant Controller position is responsible for the accounting operations of NLX. This position is accountable for plant-level responsibilities including general accounting, payables, order entry, billing, cost accounting, bill of materials, business analysis, financial reporting, treasury management and auditing payroll. Establishes new procedures, matrices, and reports to deliver expected data to site and corporate leadership. Prepares financial reports weekly/monthly/annually. Analyzes and interprets all plant financial data, such as plant cost under P&L, budget by department, profit opportunities, cost trends, yields, and capacity, labor and cycle counts.
